My name is Nolan Bartek(He/Him/His) and I've been a practicing therapist since 2018. I want to welcome you to my website and commend you for finding the strength to seek help.

Human beings are highly adaptable, but sometimes the ways in which we cope are maladaptive or counter productive. Oftentimes when we encounter adversity our natural instinct is to tough it out and hope things change. Sometimes that can lead to feeling stuck, helpless, or overwhelmed when things don't change. Therapy can help get you unstuck and back to living the life you deserve.
