I have been a practicing therapist since 2018. I have provided services in a number of settings which include hospitals, outpatient clinics, homeless shelters, in home, and via telehealth. My main areas of focus include PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, attachment issues, inner child work, grief, and life transitions. I obtained my masters degree from Lamar University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2019.
My philosophy as a therapist is rooted in the belief you are the expert in your own life. My job as your therapist is to form a therapeutic alliance based on collaboration, mutual understanding, and trust. This serves as the foundation for goal setting, objective exploration, and in helping you to find your authentic self.
